No registration is required for Gilboa DBR firearms. If any issues arise, simply contact our team with your serial number and we will assist you promptly.

The Gilboa accepts standard STANAG magazines used with AR-15, M16, and M4 platforms. While compatible with most standard magazines, Silver Shadow recommends using our own magazines for optimal performance and reliability.

If you need a product that is currently unavailable or require larger quantities, please contact us directly for availability updates and special order options. We are happy to accommodate bulk and custom orders.

If you experience any delivery issues or receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. Retain all packaging materials as they may be needed for the claims process. Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All sales are final. Products are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges outside of Silver Shadow US's applicable warranty policy. For warranty-related returns, repairs, or replacements, customers must follow Silver Shadow's return procedures and obtain any required return authorization before sending a product back. 

Contact Silver Shadow US for instructions before sending a product back. A return authorization may be required, and warranty returns must comply with Silver Shadow's return procedures. Products will be inspected before a repair or replacement is approved. 

Silver Shadow US products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Firearms are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Silver Shadow US will repair or replace parts determined by the factory to be defective. 

The warranty does not cover wearable or consumable parts, careless handling, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications or adjustments, improper ammunition, excessive or unreasonable use, rust or corrosion, barrel obstructions, or damage resulting from improper maintenance. Certain shipping, government, and third-party repair costs are also excluded. 

Unauthorized alterations or modifications may void the warranty and can create unsafe conditions. Silver Shadow recommends having qualified professionals perform service or work on firearm systems. 

Yes. Customers must meet all applicable legal age requirements. By placing an order, customers certify that they are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered. 

 After an order is accepted and paid for, Silver Shadow or its fulfillment partner may ship the firearm to the designated FFL dealer. The customer must retrieve the firearm from the dealer and complete all required background checks, forms, identification requirements, waiting periods, fees, and other legal requirements.

 If a background check is denied, required paperwork is incomplete, the customer fails to meet a legal or dealer requirement, or the firearm cannot otherwise be lawfully transferred, Silver Shadow US may cancel, void, refund, restock, or otherwise process the order according to its policies and applicable law. Refunds may be reduced by applicable shipping, handling, storage, restocking, FFL, payment processing, or other third-party costs.

Third-party products are generally covered only by the warranty provided by their original manufacturer, if one is offered. Warranty claims, repairs, replacements, and defects for third-party products must be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures.
